Cycling Glossary - Word of the Day

Or "pin it," this is to tackle a tough section of trail fast and clean. As in, "I pinned it down that rock garden!"

The Rotations Daily Cycling Tip

Obey Traffic Lights - For your own safety and the safety of others, stop at all red lights. In fact, because bicycles usually move more slowly than cars, it's best to stop on yellow lights, too. If you come to a light controlled by an underground sensor and you can't trip the light, keep in mind that in most states it's legal for you to treat the light as a stop sign after waiting three minutes. But always proceed with extreme caution!
