Our Response to COVID-19

Cleaning - The safety of our customers and employees is our first priority. We are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. Our team has increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning, taking extra care to wipe down surfaces like door knobs, faucets, and touch screens. Any new bike or repaired bike will be sanitized at all touch points before being handed off to you.

Visiting the Store - A mask and gloves are required for entry into the store. Please also practice the following: social distancing, washing hands, cleaning your bike before bringing it to us, and please ask for assistance instead of touching products. We have a designated sitting area for your convenience. We are limiting the number of customers in the store to four at one time.

Ordering Over the Phone - Please call us to check on item availability and to order over the phone. Home delivery is available as an option. Please call us to arrange. Someone at the shop will get back to you within 24hrs with an update on the status of your order.

Personal Shopping - Contact us to schedule a personal shopping appointment if you prefer.

Bike Purchasing - After exploring options on our website, please call us and we can answer questions and walk you through the process. All bikes need to be assembled and you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. Thank you for your patience.

Repairs - Call first and we will arrange to meet you outside. Please clean your bike before bringing it to the shop.

Bike Fitting - Temporarily suspended at this time.
